Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships : Develop positive, long-lasting connections with key customer personnel to position us as the supplier of choice. Sales Growth : Assist in creating and implementing customer plans, sales strategies, and promotional initiatives to meet volume, value, and profit targets. Customer Support : Resolve supply chain and product quality issues while maintaining industry-leading service levels. Forecasting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Manufacturing. Strategic Development : Enhance product distribution, manage planogram and pricing strategies, and ensure our relevance in-store and online. Event Management : Organize trade shows and key events to strengthen relationships and grow sales. What We're Looking For:
Experience : Recent FMCG experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development would be beneficial. Tertiary Qualification : Business, Marketing, or Similar Relationship Builder : Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
