They are looking for an experienced supervisor to join the team and help take them to the next level in their luxurious builds.
Role:The Site Supervisor is responsible for the co-ordination and management of construction sites to ensure the completion of entire projects.
Prepare and maintain project construction scheduleInterpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct work and monitor complianceComplete QA checks, site inductions and ensure WPH&S complianceRecord and report variationsTrack and control construction schedules, progress reporting to managementManage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanshipPlace orders for materials and trades as requiredLiaise with internal team members and external consultantsReporting to the DirectorThe Person:3 years' Site Supervisor experience on custom buildsCertificate III in CarpentryCertificate IV of Construction or equivalentQBCC Builders Licence (Builder Low Rise) highly regardedExperience with Click Homes software an advantageWhite Card certifiedSelf-driven, organised, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team playerExcellent written and verbal communicationOffer:110k - 130k + Super + VehicleSupervising 4-5 projects at a timeFull pipeline of projectsGreat team culture to be a part ofIf you're looking for your next opportunity in the building industry and the above criteria sounds like you, click 'APPLY NOW'.
