Duties include but are not limited to: Oversees all custodial work, occasional snow plowing, and mowing.Frequent lifting of 50 pounds and any other duties assigned by the Director.Applicants must be able to manage staff effectively, be self-motivated, dependable, organized and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Required to work well with students, staff, administration, and the public and efficiently operate a computer on a daily basis.A neat appearance is a must.Other duties may be assigned.
