Provide housekeeping for temporary quarter (TQ) lodging, cleaning services across site and laundry services on site for USG, GOA, contracted employees, and business travelers who are staying in the TQ.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct assigned site custodial tasks, Ops Building, Tech and Support areas Conduct laundry facilities duties for TQs Polish the floors and steam clean the carpets using the appropriate custodial equipment Conduct all actions to ensure highly rated customer service is provided to customer(s) Dusting and removal of cobwebs Removal of rubbish from the TQs, Ops Building, Tech and Support areas Maintain the necessary supplies needed in TQ's, Ops Building, Tech and Support areas Maintain and store inventory of all supplies for custodial staff Ensure, promote, and maintain health and safety practices/compliances at site and within the workplace.
Any other reasonable duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS Certificate in Health Support Services Certificate Hospitality Field: Hospitality Undergraduate Degree Field: Hospitality TICKETS AND LICENCES Drivers Licence CPR White Card Working at Heights Hygiene (Food Handling) Health Safety Representative Training EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 3 to 5 years' experience in Hospitality/Industrial Custodial industry WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs independently, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.
