This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering all aspects of the strategic asset management plan for all Group 1 and 1A equipment. Leading a small team, this role will be required to deliver lifecycle, minor works, defects, and all building modification projects in a high-profile healthcare facility. This position will interface with the broader Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management, Engineering & Supply Chain functions to ensure that all works are delivered in accordance with industry best practice whilst complying with all statutory and regulatory obligations.
To provide premium asset management and project services to the Private Public Partnerships (PPP) contract with the view of meeting Cushman & Wakefield contractual obligations in the area of asset and project management. The role is fundamental in influencing operational outcomes by providing strategic asset management direction and guidance to the operational contract delivery team. The role requires proactive identification of risks, and implementation of risk mitigation solutions that have positively impacted contractual performance.
About the role: Support contract governance at operational levels. Maintain regular liaison with client to maintain a positive contractual relationship. Prepare and submit reports as required by the client and Cushman & Wakefield. Manage specialist subcontractors in accordance with all site HSSE and other relevant policies and procedures, as well as all tenant specific requirements. Allocate decision making authority and task responsibilities to subordinates; utilising subordinate's time, skills and potential effectively. Ensure compliance with any third party audits. Apply sound asset management principles through the development and implementation of a strategic asset management plan that extends the life of all assets. Management and implement periodic asset condition surveys for inclusion in the asset management plan. In conjunction with the Operations Manager, develop and implement annual and five-year capex plans. Manage the delivery of all asset replacement and lifecycle works in conjunction with the Operations Manager, and client operational management teams. Manage the delivery of Minor Works and Modification projects in conjunction with the Operational Manager. About You: Minimum 5 Years' experience in similar role – Mandatory Demonstrated experience in Public Private Partnership (PPP) or major infrastructure contracts - Preferred Quality and Continuous improvement implementation – Knowledgeable Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills – Mandatory High level expertise in Asset Management (ISO55001) Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or similar – Preferred Demonstrated experience in managing Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Asset Management Software systems – Mandatory Demonstrated technical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical and ICT Systems Current Police Check and Working with Children Check - Mandatory.
