We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Curriculum Mentor. In this role, you will collaborate with our Network team to strategically support and prioritize the needs of our centres. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of broader Guardian initiatives and projects, as well as the successful implementation and communication of these initiatives throughout our network.
Working alongside other Curriculum Mentors, the Quality and Curriculum Team, Support Office Teams, and Network teams, you will have the opportunity to support, mentor, and lead the professional growth and development of our Educational Leaders at Guardian. Additionally, you will work closely with Centre Leadership Teams to drive continuous quality improvement in both programs and practices.
Your role will also involve contributing to the development of support tools and resources for our centre teams, as well as establishing partnerships with other business functions where relevant.
As a Curriculum Mentor at Guardian, you will serve as a role model and advocate for the Guardian purpose, mindsets, and guiding principles in all aspects of your work.
