Help build the technical knowledge and expertise of the next generation of Chartered Accountants Use your technical expertise to review and develop CA content and assessments in specialised areas 2 x Permanent, FT role with hybrid working, open to NZ or AU offices ABOUT THE ROLE As experienced educators, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a contemporary and relevant learning experience. You will work collaboratively across the Curriculum team to ensure that the Chartered Accountant program knowledge is aligned with the changing needs of the accounting profession.
We seek 2 x full-time permanent members to join the team working across two different subject matters, one being Audit, risk and assurance the second is Australian tax.
Key responsibilities: Using your expertise, you will design and maintain learning content and assessments Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure that our CA program knowledge, skills and attributes are relevant, reflected in the content and assessed in line with the changing needs of the accounting profession Collaborate with contributing authors and technical reviewers ABOUT YOU You will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and open to collaborating. Key skills you bring to this role:
Professional experience in accounting or business, along with designing and developing learning materials for a variety of delivery methods Proven technical knowledge in your area of expertise (3- 5 years of professional experience required in corporate or public practice setting in audit or tax) Passion for the future of accounting and an innovative mindset Combination of commercial experience and academic qualification in education highly regarded Must be a CA or member of GAA body. For the tax focused role, Masters of Taxation is also considered. The team you will join is dispersed across Australia and New Zealand. Please note this is not a learning designer or facilitator role
