King's Baptist Grammar School invites applications from passionate and experienced education leaders for the position of Curriculum & Pedagogy Leader across Middle and Senior School.
The role provides the opportunity for an experienced teacher to hold a position of responsibility driving the continuous improvement of curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methods, ensuring alignment with whole-school pedagogical frameworks.
Role Type: Permanent full-time teaching appointment Tenure: This position comes with a tenured position of responsibility. Teaching Load: The role includes a 0.4 - 0.5 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) teaching load. The role of Teacher at King's underpins all positions of responsibility. This role is for commencement in January 2025.
Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher in Education. Extensive experience in curriculum design and pedagogical leadership. In-depth knowledge of whole-school pedagogical frameworks such as 4C, Inquiry, and Reggio Emilia philosophy. Proven track record of achieving goals through collaboration and teamwork. Has undertaken the Growth Coaching Course (or has a willingness to do so). A personal commitment to the King's Vision, Mission and Values underpinning the delivery of a Christian- based education to students is essential to this role.
