The College is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Secondary Administration team in January 2025. This role will see you working closely with a key group of staff, led by the Secondary Administration Manager, to oversee the academic administrative responsibilities and requirements of the Penrhos Secondary School.
The Curriculum Administrator will support the Dean of Studies, Dean of Curriculum & Innovation and the Secondary Administration Manager to assist in the placement of resources in supporting the development of and data checking of curriculum content and assessment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing testing and examinationsManage and administer special examination requirements as directed by College CounsellorsManage WACE Examination processesWorking with Heads of Department to data check reports, examinations and information shared with parents. Maintaining internal reporting processesOversee the management of Student Academic Reports, Awards and Parent information Evenings Support the Dean of Studies with subject selection processes and publication of awards.Management of School Curriculum & Standards Authority (SCSA) processes.Provide generalist administrative assistance as requested by the Secondary Administration Manager. This is a permanent full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity – term time only, commencing in January 2025.
