The Role This is a great opportunity to join a stable, renowned and leading independent girls' school in Melbourne's leafy East in a full-time, permanent capacity.
This role will appeal to an experienced administrator with sound technical skills, who has excellent knowledge of the IB & VCE programs administration, and is enthusiastic about providing support to our Curriculum team and students.
The Curriculum Administrator liaises with teachers, students, parents and consults with the Deputy Principal (Curriculum & Learning) to support key processes and functions to help ensure that every student reaches their potential.
About You You'll be an experienced and highly competent administrator with knowledge of VCE and IB administrative processes, specifically VASS and/or IBIS databases.
You'll have a broad understanding of IB & VCE curriculum and school administration systems.
You'll have strong organisational skills, the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities.
Your excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, can-do attitude will shine through whilst you're able to get the job done.
