The Role: Impact Services is a leader in promoting cultural inclusion and diversity, partnering with organisations to build inclusive environments that value and empower all cultures, backgrounds, and identities.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cultural and Diversity Training Specialist to join our team, working collaboratively to deliver impactful training and consulting solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager to design, implement, and facilitate programs that promote cultural inclusion and sensitivity.
You will develop tailored solutions for clients, create Aboriginal engagement and participation plans, and support organisations in aligning their diversity and inclusion goals with meaningful, measurable outcomes.
You will: Develop comprehensive proposals for clients seeking cultural diversity and inclusion training, aligning with their specific needs and objectives.Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their cultural competency needs and providing tailored solutions to achieve their diversity objectives.Work with clients to design, implement, and activate Reconciliation Action Plans, focusing on meaningful, measurable actions for reconciliation.Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager to design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and programs that foster cultural sensitivity and inclusion within organisations.Develop and support employment and training pathways to promote sustainable employment for Aboriginal people.About you: 3+ years' experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops on cultural inclusion and sensitivity.Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and the complexities of reconciliation.Proven experience in cultural awareness, diversity, and inclusion training, ideally within a consulting or client-focused environment.Experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies and programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Why Join Us: At Impact Services, we believe our team members deserve to be looked after.
