About YouAs the Spa Receptionist, you will be an ambassador for the Cullen Bay Day Spa Brand. Along with your skills and experience, you are passionate about spa and wellness and thrive on creating memorable and distinctive experiences for our guests. Your formidable customer service skills coupled with exceptional organisational skills in reservations, reporting, cash handling, and sales target focus will be an asset in securing this role. We are seeking a true team player to ensure the smooth running of our wellness spa. Furthermore, skill and experience in the delivery of spa and beauty services is considered an advantage. Your role reports directly to the Spa Manager and Owner.
What will make you the ideal candidate:Ideally a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage TherapyOutstanding performance and ability to direct and support team membersDevoted to executing a premium customer service experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needsAbility to work independently and proactivelyExcellent personal presentation and groomingHighly organised and able to deliver a premium customer service experience at high demand timesReliable and flexible with working shifts and availability to work SaturdayA desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledge in Business Development that includes Office Administration, Google, Social media, Online Events, and PromotionsCareer progression to Spa Manager is available for the right candidateABOUT CULLEN BAY DAY SPA:We offer all employees ongoing professional development and training.
