Work collaboratively with the Leader to identify development opportunities for individuals and the teamProvide side by side technical coaching and mentoring to team members to help share knowledgeThe purpose of this role is to provide technical assistance to the Sharing & Recoveries Team by contributing to and driving proactive claims management across the sharing and recoveries functions within the Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Teritory and South Australian CTP Schemes.
This role is also accountable for coaching and mentoring the team members to ensure sound decision making and to assist the development of legislative and regulatory knowledge and skills.
You will be required to maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with their needs and the business objectives and well as resolve complaints in a timely manner.
