Your Role As a Portfolio Support Specialist, you'll sit within our Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) CTP team to lead the portfolio analysis to TP Portfolio managers. This role will leverage data analytics as well as problem solving skills to develop meaningful insights that will support the business to make meaningful and strategic decisions for the CTP Portfolios across NSW, ACT and SA.
This role will see you collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to provide portfolio analysis and support business initiatives which in turn, will make a positive impact across our portfolios.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity which can be based anywhere is Australia, with a preference of Sydney.
About You Solid and demonstrated experience in analysing complex insurance data. Understanding in the use of sophisticated computing tools, languages, and programming. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated knowledge in CTP or other similar personal injury schemes will be advantageous. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Maths, Statistics, Actuarial or related fields.
