This team is responsible for resolving Internal Reviews under the Motor Accident Injuries Act (MAIA CTP) claims fairly, transparently, robustly, and promptly.Known internally as the 'Customer Relations Specialist' The Internal Review Specialist (MAIA CTP) supports the efficient and effective operation of the Personal Injury Dispute Resolution Team by conducting independent review functions under the Motor Accidents Injuries Act 2017.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in CTP Claims or Law.
