Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand as a CTP Claims Specialist.
Your Role We have a great permanent opportunity for a Compulsory Third Party Claims Specialist to join the Health and Recovery team in Gadigal Country (Sydney).
This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week after training.
You'll conduct thorough investigations into suspicious CTP claims to detect and respond to fraudulent activities.
This includes analysing documentation to identify patterns and anomalies, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to share information and coordinate strategies.
Additionally, you'll review and strategize on identified red flag claims, recommend continuous improvements to deter fraud and escalate fraudulent matters to the regulator.
The goal is to ensure effective detection and prevention of fraudulent activities within the CTP claims process.
