An exciting opportunity for an experienced Cargo Terminal Operator, who is passionate about motivating and supporting their operations team!
AIRWAY has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaged individual who will bring their experience to deliver a high level of service in the position of Branch Manager. This role will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane Airport Site.
To be successful in this position, our ideal candidate will have experience managing and leading a team, excellent planning and organisational skills, and safety will be your highest priority. Your expertise in airfreight and cargo terminal operations, and leadership skills, will be critical for your success in this role.

What are we looking for?Minimum 5 years' experience in a Management-level role within an airfreight company, with direct reportsDemonstrated leadership skillsStrategic thinking and ability to identify and execute new opportunitiesConfident and effective new business development and relationship building skillsIntermediate knowledge of OH&SExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to operate autonomously and self-motivateAbility to balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goalsMake your application stand out:The following skills & experience are not essential but will be highly regarded:
