To support our growth, we are looking for motivated and engaging Facilitators to join the team at Wagga Wagga.
You will be working in the Career Transition Assistance program (CTA), assisting people who are 45 and over to build confidence and develop skills, supporting them back into work and guiding them through the process of taking on new career.
You will deliver training, advice and ultimately help them become more competitive in the local employment market.
Base in Wagga Wagga, with occasional travel within Murray Riverina Region.
Candidates from other locations within the region will be considered.
Permanent fulltime position.
Duties Consult and assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program Deliver employment focused training in small groups, tailored to individual needs Display sound Information Technology and administration skills.
Build and maintain relationships with other Employment Services providers promoting benefits of the program to engage with potential participants What you need?
The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups in an empathetic, motivating and encouraging way Experience delivering training to adults adapting the methods to suit participant needs A strong knowledge of the local labor market and a sound understanding of what drives success in the job-searching process.
Sound Information Technology and administration skills.
Enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and positive attitude in working with Participants to achieve employment outcomes.
