Position Summary : The Administrator role focuses on efficiently managing office operations while ensuring the clinic maintains a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, handling clerical tasks, fleet management, managing communication between participants and therapists, consistently updating data and client records, overseeing invoicing and reconciliation processes, and providing support to senior roles as needed.
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to follow systems and processes accurately.

Key Requirements : Experience: 2 years minimum experience in a similar role Knowledge and Experience in NDIS Experience managing an office efficiently with a focus on presentation and quality Accurate typing – 40 wpm Proficient computer skills and knowledge Google Workspace – Intermediate Cloud-based software Monday.com (or similar ticketing systems) and Cliniko Knowledge and operation of standard office equipment Current knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems (e.g.

Facilities management includes allocating fleet vehicles, managing cleanliness, and ensuring a safe work environment.
Financial duties include issuing invoices, reconciling payments, managing petty cash, monitoring office supply costs, and reporting to the Finance Manager on invoicing and debt collection.
The role also supports our leadership team by performing additional tasks as needed, such as coordinating events.
