In this role you will report to the Chief Radiographer and will be responsible for managing three CT Scanners onsite at the San plus one scanner at our Parkway Outpatient Clinic.
Day to day you will coach and mentor a team of up to 6 radiographers (total team of up to 25) to help them achieve excellent patient care, high quality CT imaging and thrive in their professional growth. You will manage workflows to drive efficiencies and to improve outcomes for all stakeholders while building relationships with referrers to drive business growth. You will be a natural leader with proven people management skills that will deliver a positive working culture.
Who we're looking for: You'll have current AHPRA registration and a degree in Medical Radiation ScienceYou'll have experience working as a CT Radiographer ideally within a hospital setting.You'll have leadership and management interest & experience and the ability to coach and mentor a teamYou'll have a good understanding of CT best practice and the ability to implement new ideas to create new services, workflow efficiencies and service growth whilst maintaining a patient centric approachYou'll have the ability to work a Full Time roster of 35 hours per week.You'll have full Australian working rightsAbout Us Adventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
