CSSD INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANCASUAL POSITIONDo you want to become part of our Perioperative Service Department team?As a member of our team you will play an important role in providing high quality service to theatres and other clinical areas.As the CSSD Instrument Technician your responsibilities will include:Thermal disinfection inspection, packaging and sterilising of all instrumentation for theatre and other clinical areasComply with AS/NZ standards 4187 2014, GENCAOperate, interpret and document all machinery operational requirementsReport and document all quality activitiesEnsure priority of instrumentation and processesEssential Criteria:Demonstrated knowledge of instrumentationSound knowledge of AS/NZ 4187 2014Experience with tracking systemsEndoscopy reprocessing experience or willingness to learnDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailIntermediate computer literacy skills - including MS Office and various databasesAn interest in promoting best practice patient careA focus on professional developmentApplications close: 25th November 2024For further enquiries: Renae Pridue - Perioperative Manager, #J-18808-Ljbffr
