They are situated throughout Australia and China, serving their growing client list of leading residential builders, industrial and commercial development companies, government and urban land authorities, developers, and architects.The RoleLead and deliver Building services projectsCoordinate MEP design disciplines with civil, structural and architecture while producing high-quality design.Consult with clients on matters relating to engineering servicesPrepare mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.The RequirementsA minimum qualification of Degree in Mechanical Services or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institutionMinimum five years of local Australian experience in a similar role in a consultancy environment.Understanding of Australian standards in relation to mechanical engineering design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit 3D and BIM experience would be an advantageAbility to work independently and manage own project portfolioAbility to develop and implement processes and proceduresExcellent time management and organizational skills, and an ability to work to agreed deadlines.Excellent client communication and liaison skills and an ability to convey information accuratelyRegistered building practitioner or / and Chartered professional engineer status would be advantageous.The RewardsAn environment that challenges and welcomes innovationLeaders who nurture, support and develop the leader in youCareer development through internal and external trainingA team that is friendly and supportiveA flexible work environment
