THE ROLE: This full-time position reports to our Executive Housekeeper and includes duties such as:
Supervise our Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectations Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas Compliance with WHS processes and procedures Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services Assist in on-the-job department and staff training Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures ABOUT YOU: Your many talents will include:
