THE ROLE:
We are seeking a new Food & Beverage Supervisor in Conference & Events to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager and our Conference & Events Manager.
Your passion is food and hosting great events.
You will assist in leading the team and creating a conference experience that keeps our guests wanting more.
This role also requires supervisor shifts in the restaurant floor when events are not in-house.

You will collaborate with our guests by:
Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators.
Providing a warm and genuine service experience.
Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
Facilitating our conference guest experience.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious restaurant/conference and events supervisor who can display:
Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.
Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience.
Conference & Events experience.
Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high-quality service.
Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests' needs.
In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required.
Ability to prioritize & work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Friendly and confident communication skills.
NSW RSA essential.
Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
