MLG is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operator to join our team in the Goldfields region, specializing in crushing and screening operations. This role involves managing the feeding and tailing processes from the screen, as well as overseeing daily maintenance tasks. You will report directly to the Site Manager on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough pre-start checks on all equipment to be used during your shift, including completing all necessary paperwork and promptly submitting it to your Supervisor at the end of your shift.Efficiently operate Mobile Plant Equipment at the Cane Grass Mine Site, focusing on crushing and screening tasks.Perform routine service, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment after each shift, including:Cleaning the cab and washing windows.Greasing lube points.Changing tyres and crusher wear parts.Refueling and washing machinery as needed.Inspecting ground engaging tools daily.Assist with additional tasks related to crushing and screening as directed by the Site Manager/Supervisor, within your skill set.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures set by MLG Oz and its clients while on site.Contribute to the achievement of MLG Oz's operational goals and objectives.About You: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a Drug & Alcohol screen, and obtain a national police clearance.A minimum of 2+ years of experience in crushing and screening operations.Possession of a current and valid driver's license.Capability to work independently and autonomously.What will MLG provide me with? $5 Site Bonus paid per hour workedSuper paid on all hoursExcellent employee referral program, Bring the Crew with you!
