This role requires a deep understanding of crushing and screening operations, as well as strong project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure project success.Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to create a safe working environment.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions and delays.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to company and industry specifications.Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible to maintain project profitability.Project Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.Skills/Qualifications:Current & Valid Manual Driver's License.National Police Clearance (validity dependant on site).Qualification in Business, Management or QM Ticket (highly desirable).3+ years as a Project Manager within a crushing and screening environment.Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Role Overview:Attractive Salary + Family Friendly 15:13 or 8:6 roster.Job Security - Full Time, Permanent Opportunity.Quarterly Bonuses - Earn up to 50k per annum based on delivery of safe and efficient operations + Project completion bonus.Flights and Accommodation Provided.Experience required:Relevant qualifications (or experience) or trade background and supervisory experience.Previous experience in the mining or mobile crushing industry.Commercial acumen and computer literacy.Drive and commitment with a high attention to detail.Strong time management, communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.Establishing strong client relationships and managing those relationships on a daily basis.Providing strong, effective leadership to all site personnel including daily management roster staff.Identifying employee training needs and performance management.Coordinate maintenance by implementing and managing a tailored scheduled maintenance program.Developing and managing site specific systems and procedures.Recruitment and managing rostering of employees.Incident reporting and investigation.Managing site purchases and using purchasing system (PRONTO).What's on Offer:Quarterly Bonuses - Earn up to 50k per annum based on delivery of safe and efficient operations.Great Camp Facilities.Good culture within the team and on site.Flights Provided from Capital Cities within Australia.Full PPE provided (Shirts, Pants, Boots & Jacket).Novated Lease & Salary Sacrifice options.Modern, well-maintained equipment.Approachable Management.Recognition for outstanding work.Your application will include the following questions:Are you currently employed?Who is your most recent employer?What was your most recent job title?How would you best describe your Australian working rights?Do you have a current and valid Australian drivers licence?What Class is your drivers licence?What is your annual salary expectation or rate per hour?Select your preferred roster.Where did you hear about MLG Oz?MLG, founded in 2002 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, delivers innovative mine site and supply chain solutions.
