Crumb Rubber Plant Operator to join our clients team.
Workshop base in Perth, Drive In Drive Out Projects to various locations within Western Australia, including remote sites.

Key Responsibilities: Produce Polymer Modified Binders (PMBs) using the crumb rubber blending plant under the direction of the Foreman. Collaborate with the team to support spray seal operations. Operate the plant according to company procedures, ensuring products meet specifications. Complete required training and inductions for the role. Participate in toolbox meetings, Job Safety Analysis, and other assigned tasks. Maintain the plant and conduct daily inspections. Travel to various locations within Western Australia, including remote sites. Pay Rate & Allowances : Hourly Rate: $39.71 Weekend Rate: $68.91 Nightshift Rate: 20% uplift Field Allowance: $12.31 per hour Living Away Rate: $85 per day Laundry Allowance: $20 per week Meal Allowance: $80 per day Required Tickets: HR Driver's Licence White Card Fire Extinguisher Training Working at Heights Telehandler (desirable) First Aid Certification
