Workfast is looking for a Crumb Rubber Plant Operator paying $54.13 per hour working Mon-Sun 8-10 hours days in Bibra Lake, WA. What you get $54.13 per hour Flat Weekdays $70.06 per hour Flat Weekends Work local and be home every night Monday - Sunday 8 - 10 hour days $165 LAHA allowance (if required to work away) What you need White card Valid Truck Licence – Minimum MR Telehandler ticket Workers on Foot training desirable but not essential Min 1 years' experience running an Asphalt Plant or similar Able to work as an effective operator and part of a team Able to work efficiently and to deadlines including overtime when required Able to accurately complete all paperwork What you will be doing Work within the Operations Team as a crew member to produce PMB's using crumb rubber blending plant under direction of CRB Foreman Work as part of the CRB team to support spray seal operations Ensure the CRB plant is operated in accordance with company
procedures and products are manufactured to specification Undertake the relevant training and inductions required to perform
the job role Participate in toolbox meetings, Job Safety Analysis and other responsibilities as directed Maintain and complete daily operations Work within company and legislative OHS guidelines About us
