Ready to dive into the excitement of launching a CruiseAbout Store in South Australia?  Key Responsibilities  Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales Who are you? Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry GDS experience Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently  What's in it for you?
