A professional and loving family in Crows Nest, Sydney are seeking an energetic and experienced nanny to care for their two children (Aged 2 years, and 4 months).
An ideal nanny would have a positive and friendly outlook, is gentle, calm, and nurturing.
Someone who is energetic (able to keep up with an active toddler), patient and has a genuine passion and love for children.
A nanny that is reliable, flexible, responsible, and trustworthy.
Communicates and manages expectations well and is responsive.
Additionally, you will be attentive, proactive and an easy-going person.
Enjoys engaging and having fun with the children both indoors and outside, and providing stimulating and creative playful activities which will support the children's learning milestones and development.
Prior professional experience with babies and toddlers and working with multiple children of similar ages at once is highly advantageous for this role.
The family are looking for a nanny who can build a lovely bond with their family and support the day to day running of the household.
The nanny must be comfortable with at least one parent at home.
Responsibilities:To care for the childrenFollow the children's routinesPlay and engage in age-appropriate creative activities to assist in the children's developmentTake the children out to activities such as swimming etc.Prepare meals and cook for the childrenLight household duties i.e.
clean and tidy up after activities with children, and any meal preparation.
Occasionally unpack the dishwasher.Assist with meal preparation for the family on occasionGrocery shopping occasionallyStart date: ASAP
Long term / Permanent role
Pay: From $35 – $45 per hour depending on experience
Note: Full driver's license and own vehicle preferred (although not essential)
The days and normal hours are: 5 days – 50 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm
Additional adhoc hours at the weekend occasionally if the nanny is available.
