Full Time Salary position: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.
The position of Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen within Lasseters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service. This role includes the day-to-day running of the kitchen area, inventory management, adherence to protocols, cleanliness and hygiene, and providing training for all chefs within the kitchen section. The Sous Chef will report and communicate directly with the executive chef to enhance the organization's performance.
