The role We have an exciting new role for a Technical Write to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Service Management, the Technical Writer is accountable for the creation of high-quality technical documentation, which is accurate, comprehensive, consistent and appropriate for technical and non-technical users within Crown Resorts Group. You will also be responsible for;
Create and maintain the information architecture of Crown Resorts Group. Develop a variety of comprehensive technical documentation. Develop and maintain detailed databases of reference materials, which also includes research, usability tests and design specifications. Create informative and user-friendly content across all types of media formats to aid in maximum use by end-users. Analyse existing and potential content. Focus on re-use and single-sourcing Research, analyse and evaluate complex information/concepts and convert such information/concepts About you The successful candidate is an excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail. They are proficient in writing and editing technical documentation and encompass strong knowledge in technical concepts and terminology. You will also have:
3 years or more work experience in technical writing within a technology-intensive field. Ability to produce, edit and deliver high quality documentation for a variety of audiences with a technical or non-technical background across multiple delivery methods. Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and process management. Ability to quickly understand complex technical information/concepts and convert such information/concepts into clear, concise, engaging and understandable content via text and images.
