The role
Surveillance is a highly skilled team, playing an important part in making Crown a welcoming place and ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets through maintaining a culture of care and excellence.
As a Surveillance Analyst, you will conduct and analyze information, investigate matters of operational integrity and provide direction on areas of risk within the business. Using tools such as the IMS, retail management, gaming management, surveillance monitoring and recording tools, and open-source information resources, the Surveillance Analyst will be responsible for providing data collection, analysis, and recommendations to Surveillance Management to assist them in making informed business decisions regarding operational integrity and advantage play.
The Surveillance Analyst will also be tasked with preparing reports for the Head of Surveillance to provide to Casino Executives, internal audit, and Surveillance Management.
Full-Time position available on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Please note that weekend availability may be required on occasion to support Crown Perth's business requirements.
About you
You'll bring the following:
Minimum 12 months experience in an operational surveillance or casino environment Demonstrated broad experience in conducting investigations and surveillance Experience and knowledge in either casino operations, table games, AML, intelligence gathering and analysis, and/or statistics would be preferred Moderate to high competence in Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential Demonstrated ability to encourage collaboration and build relationships Working understanding of quality control with a strong focus on attention to detail Additional Information What you can expect from us
