The role We have an exciting new role for a Senior Program Manager to help shape the future of Crown Resorts. At Crown Resorts, we are committed to providing our guests a world-class experience. This newly created role will be key in supporting the delivery of a number of complex and strategic projects to improve overall efficiency and guest experience. You will also be responsible for:
Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.Change Management: Drive change management efforts by communicating project goals, addressing resistance, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Facilitate training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation within F&B and Hotels services. Implement best practices and process enhancements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.About you This role is dynamic and varied. We are looking for a commercially minded Program Manager who can effectively manage multiple workstreams. Ideally, you would have a background in consulting and a passion for driving results. You will be a natural communicator with the ability to convey the business mission and report to senior leaders. You will also have:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline essential (i.e., minimum Bachelor Degree or higher preferred).Experience as either Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or PMO Lead/Manager.Proven track record of managing complex transformation projects.Demonstrated knowledge of governance within projects/programs/portfolios.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Solid understanding of hospitality operations, trends, and best practices.Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
