The role
We have an exciting new opportunity to kick start a career in Regulatory Affairs. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to take ownership of the compliance request for information process. Responsible for building and executing the regulatory activities whilst proactively fine-tuning processes and improving efficiency. You will also be responsible for:
Ensuring that correspondence with Crown's gaming regulator is proactively monitored and managed. This role will support the initial review of regulatory matters as well as support the escalation, coordination, analysis and reporting of regulatory matters across Crown Melbourne Ltd. Ongoing management and maintenance of the Crown Regulatory Inbox, as well as the initial design and production of dashboards and reports which help ensure regulatory deadlines are met, and emerging and potential regulatory issues and trends are identified. Identifying gaps and making recommendations on delivering business improvements and assisting in mapping plans for enhancing Crown's compliance culture. Record Keeping in Crown's Incident Management System - Archer. About you This is the ideal role for someone who is experienced in regulatory affairs, legal or compliance. You will be a natural problem solver with the ability to streamline processes and make our overall process more efficient. You will also have:
Archer system knowledge and analytics experience would be advantageous. Demonstrated breadth in knowledge across a variety of areas such as data analytics, reporting and innovation and relevant business tools such as Microsoft Suite. Experience in strategy, planning and execution of projects. Experience in developing and implementing new processes and procedures including driving change initiatives. Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence as issued by the VGCCC.
