The role

As the Front Office Operations Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office and Pool & Gym teams, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience for our guests.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Lead and develop a high performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Crown's established service standards. Support in the efficient running of Front Office operations including recruitment, people development, and performance management with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety. Monitor financials including hotel inventory and labour management. About you
You'll bring the following:
Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel leadership position, with demonstrated experience of managing an entire department. Must have PMS - OPERA experience. Confidence in leading and motivating a large and diverse team. Knowledge of business operations and financial management. Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and efficiently handle escalated guest complaints. To be successful, you must have:
Responsible Service of Alcohol Ability to complete Aquatic Rescue training This role requires flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
