Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all tasks are performed with meticulous attention to detail, thoroughly checking and professionally presenting all documents prepared on behalf of the Executive Team.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact for the administrative needs of the Executive General Managers.
Negotiate and manage diary schedules and ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Executive General Managers.
Demonstrate flexibility and creative thinking to provide effective solutions and achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
About you:
Significant experience in Executive Assistant positions, demonstrating proficiency and reliability.
Skilled in managing relationships with senior management, internal teams, external clients, and customers.
Extensive experience supporting executive-level management and leadership teams.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
Demonstrated ability to work in demanding situations, meeting deadlines and maintaining timeliness.
Strong written and oral communication abilities, essential for effective interaction and coordination.
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and teams, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
