Reporting to the Crown PlaySafe Shift Manager, the Crown PlaySafe Advisor
will assist customers who are seeking support or who have been identified as potentially experiencing difficulties associated with their gambling behaviours.
You will be trained 'on the job' in all aspects of Crown's PlaySafe Code of Conduct, including the delivery of Play Periods, Self-Exclusion, Third-Party Exclusion, and Revocation.

Crown PlaySafe Advisor - Permanent Full Time
Crown PlaySafe Advisor - Full Time 12-month Fixed term contract
Please note your application will be considered against both Permanent and Fixed term positions.
About you
You'll bring the following: Flexibility with working in a 24/7 operation on a rotating roster including 8 – 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends Demonstrated ability working in high-stress, complex environments with a strong customer focus Exceptional communication and conflict negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment Ability and confidence to work autonomously Compliance with and adherence to relevant policies and procedures Highly compliant with management of confidential or sensitive information Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate records Demonstrated ability to communicate and work constructively with culturally diverse groups Previous Crown Play Safe Ambassador experience beneficial Casino Operations or Gaming experience beneficial
Additional Information This role requires successful applicants to obtain WA, NSW, and VIC Gaming Licenses.
A relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, and/or Addiction studies is highly desirable but not required.
