Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The role Reporting to the Crown PlaySafe Shift Manager, the Crown PlaySafe Advisor will assist customers who are seeking support or who have been identified as potentially experiencing difficulties associated with their gambling behaviours. You will be trained 'on the job' in all aspects of Crown's PlaySafe Code of Conduct, including the delivery of Play Periods, Self-Exclusion, Third-Party Exclusion, and Revocation.
The Crown PlaySafe team have multiple positions on offer including the below: Crown PlaySafe Advisor - Permanent Full TimeCrown PlaySafe Advisor - Full Time 12-month Fixed term contractPlease note your application will be considered against both Permanent and Fixed term positions.
About you You'll bring the following:
Flexibility with working in a 24/7 operation on a rotating roster including 8 – 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekendsDemonstrated ability working in high-stress, complex environments with a strong customer focusExceptional communication and conflict negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environmentAbility and confidence to work autonomouslyCompliance with and adherence to relevant policies and proceduresHighly compliant with management of confidential or sensitive informationAbility to maintain comprehensive and accurate recordsDemonstrated ability to communicate and work constructively with culturally diverse groupsPrevious Crown Play Safe Ambassador experience beneficialCasino Operations or Gaming experience beneficialAdditional InformationThis role requires successful applicants to obtain WA, NSW, and VIC Gaming Licenses. A relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, and/or Addiction studies is highly desirable but not required.
