About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive National Service Administrator to join our team at Crown Equipment. In this position, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the National Service Department, ensuring the smooth operation of processes and contributing to exceptional customer service delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation Raise Consolidated invoices for National Service Customers Assist with data entry and ensure all systems are updated with current information Setup new users/drivers Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within service or operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Benefits
