Experience in software testing.

Ability to communicate effectively and provide detailed feedback.
Access to various devices (desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Reliable internet connection.
Availability to dedicate a few hours per week for testing assignments.
