We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Crowd Controllers to join our team and work consistently at our prestigious venues. Vault boasts a large pool of highly skilled Crowd Controllers servicing a variety of hospitality venues around Perth. We are specifically seeking Security Guards who are highly trained in Crowd Control to maintain the high quality standards within our existing teams.

Tasks and responsibilities: Provide exceptional and professional customer service with clientele.Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises.Control patron behaviour in and around the premises to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guards.De-escalate potential conflict and expertly escort patrons out of venues using appropriate methods.Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation and relevant policies and proceduresConduct emergency evacuations & perform first aid and/or CPR where applicable.
