Crossing Family Lawyers

Crossing Family Lawyers deal with all aspects of family law, including:
financial agreements; property settlement; parenting issues; spousal maintenance; child maintenance and child support; collaborative resolution of family law disputes; and injunctions. Admitted to practice in 1995, Rob Crossing, the Principal, is a former legal associate to the Chief Judge of the Family Court of WA. Rob commenced practice in his own right in 2003, when he established Crossing Family Lawyers.
Rob has been a member of the committee of the Family Law Practitioners' Association of WA ("FLPA"), was secretary of FLPA for four years and served on FLPA's law reform sub-committee. He is a founding member of Collaborative Professionals WA and has served on its council. Rob is a member of the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Australian Institute of Family Lawyers and Mediators. Rob is a nationally accredited mediator.
