CrossFit CoachFull-time & permanent position Body By Brando Waterloo PTY LTD, Trading as BBB GymBody By Brando Waterloo PTY LTD, Trading as BBB Gym, is seeking a CrossFit Coach who has experience with coaching small groups and individuals to become part of our team.We are seeking a person with the desire to empower individuals with the confidence to improve and maximise their performance in the sport of CrossFit by analysing their performance, providing a growth environment and high-quality training.Role Profile: Coach, train and instruct our athletes and develop their abilities in all aspects of the sport of CrossFit Analyse athletes' performances both in training and at competition Plan and direct competition strategies, develop individual and athlete specific plans and analyse progress on an individual basis Motivate our athletes, supervise training sessions and implement tailor made training programmes Assist with the recruitment of other professional coaching staff Develop and maintain strong relationships with current athletes and convert potential athletes Assist with arranging entries into sporting competitions Promote sports and skills development, particularly with regard to Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics Officiate at CrossFit sporting events (as and when required)This role is perfect for someone who has a growth mindset, has experience training and motivating high performing athletes, has meticulous attention to detail and is passionate about the sport of CrossFit.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a CrossFit Coach is required.Place of work: 3/198-222 Young St, Waterloo NSW 2017.Salary range: $74,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation.Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
