Crossfit Coach And Personal Trainer

CrossFit Narellan is an established gym in the Narellan area with a substantial membership base. We are looking for a new CrossFit coach and personal trainer to join our team and deliver an exciting and effective fitness experience. 20-30 hours per week available with a mix of CrossFit classes and personal training. You will be required to open the facility, provide 1:1 and 2:1 personal training and programming, give athlete briefs, demo movements, run classes on time, coach up to 24 people per class, and scale appropriately for individual athlete abilities. You will also be required to complete paperwork and keep accurate records. Most importantly, you will create a fun and engaging environment for members. Qualifications & experience CrossFit L1 (required) Cert 3 in Fitness (required) First Aid certificate (required) Cert 4 in Fitness (preferred) CrossFit L2 (preferred) 1-year experience in actual CrossFit coaching (preferred) Tasks & responsibilities Coaching CrossFit classes Personal Training and programming Cleaning and COVID compliance Stock Maintenance Opening and closing of the facility Benefits A pay scale above award rates based on experience Training provided Gym membership included Business: CrossFit Narellan
