Real estate salesperson registration certificate or similar or working towards completion (desirable) 1-3 years' experience in the property industry; Strong financial analysis experience on tenancy related information; General knowledge of local Brisbane office market; and Knowledge of Yardi (desirable). About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist with the day-to-day management of the QLD portfolio and support the ACT Property Management Team. Working closely with the General Manager – Property Management, the Assistant Property Manager will complete all administrative tasks to support the Property Management Team with their strategic goals.
You will also
Follow and maintain orderly lease administration and financial management procedures; Prepare monthly reports including financial analysis, diary report and client requests; Monitor all expenses relative to lease, contractual and maintenance obligations and ensure procedures for authorising payments, debt control and reporting; Develop and maintain relationships with internal colleagues, tenant customers and service contractors and consultants. Monitor all income records to ensure invoices are sent out correctly and in a timely manner to tenants; Develop a detailed knowledge of all leases within the portfolio to ensure compliance of landlord and tenant. Assist the National Tenant Engagement Manager on the delivery of the tenant engagement strategy including the production of content on Cromwell's customer building app Cromwell Connect. What we bring
