Primary Function The CRO Manager will be responsible for documenting UX research insights and working with the UX team to workshop these into actionable designs and A/B tests, along with assisting in overall user research.
The CRO manager will also work closely in collaboration with our teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly across various parts of the research, design and project management side of our CRO efforts.
Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Supporting Optimization Lead and UX team in the development of insights, test plans and CRO roadmap initiativesLeverage insights and data to identify points of friction for users and conversion blockers/issues and presenting these finding back to the team to turn into experimentsMeeting with peer teams regularly on CRO strategy execution and insights sharingPerform quantitative user experience research using digital toolsWork with the data analysts to understand performance of key metrics, and make recommendationsCreate and execute A/B test and personalization strategies that help improve the online customer experienceConducting website audits, undertaking UX audits, user journey analysis, creating wireframes, information architecture reviews and task flowsBuild storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey CRO project plans to clients and senior managementShare results and report insights to all peer teams and executivesWorking with project management, data analysis, user experience, and website production teamsDesired Skills and ExperienceQualifications and Experience 4+ years of digital/UX related experienceBroad understanding of digital analytics (e.g.
Google Analytics)Experience working with websitesHands on experience with digital experience tracking/testing tools such as CrazyEgg, VWO, FullStory/Glassbox advantageousBasic understanding of HTML/CSS languages advantageousPersonal Attributes Confident presenter and communicatorExcellent analytical and multitasking skills
