We are looking for a CRM Systems Coordinator with experience in Salesforce to help us achieve our mission of protecting Australia's oceans.
As an independent charity, our team of scientists, educators, and advocates work daily to safeguard our marine environments.
This role will support our efforts by ensuring that our CRM system is maintained, secure, and fit for purpose.
The position presents a unique blend of day-to-day database administration, technical support, user training, and process improvements, providing essential support for our fundraising, supporter engagement, and campaign activities.
ABOUT THE ROLE As the CRM Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, and first-line support of AMCS' Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems.
This role ensures the CRM system operates smoothly, is up-to-date, and effectively supports the organisation's operations, including fundraising activities, supporter engagement, and campaigns.
You will manage user access, troubleshoot issues, oversee data integrity, and coordinate system enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
There is an opportunity for growth and development in the system administration function as you gain experience in the role and our Salesforce ecosystem.
THIS ROLE INVOLVES: Providing first-line support and troubleshooting for the team on issues with the Australian Marine Conservation Society's Salesforce database (NPSP version) and Marketing Cloud system, triaging issues, ensuring prompt resolution and escalating to external support provider when necessary.
Managing relationships with external support providers, prioritise and track tickets, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
Performing and coordinating user-acceptance testing for any fixes or minor enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
Overseeing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): the creation and management of custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and reports.
Supporting teams by creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Administering daily Salesforce operations, including back-ups, system maintenance, upgrades and assessing releases.
Communicating system updates and release notes to stakeholders, ensuring awareness of platform changes.
