We are also tasked with managing and delivering personalised customer experiences via our website and mobile app. The team is positioned within the broader Customer team and works in collaboration with commercial, product, technology and eCommerce, ensuring alignment with shared goals and objectives.With a growing focus, we're excited to introduce a new position! Reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager, the CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM team. You'll be hands-on with tasks like crafting and delivering engaging email campaigns, building dynamic audience segments, and keeping our onsite and app content fresh and relevant.This role is crucial in championing our Engagement Marketing team's mission to drive data-led strategies that elevate the customer experience and help make THE ICONIC a truly customer-centric business. If you're passionate about creating meaningful connections and shaping the future of retail, we'd love to have you on board!About the role:Play an active role in helping shape and manage customer lifecycle, loyalty and engagement initiativesAssist the development of campaigns and other initiatives that drive customer loyalty, engagement and incremental salesDeliver strategic initiatives to support our business and commercial partnersAnalyse key marketing performance reports and provide recommendationsAssist in building and managing CRM content using Braze, including email campaigns, push notifications, and app notificationsAssist in optimising key CRM campaigns and strategiesAssist in updating website and app contentSupport the development of content and offer strategies that align with marketing and sales objectivesWork closely with the CRM team to optimise campaign performanceCoordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all channelsTake the lead on ad hoc projectsEnsure content and campaign strategies are aligned with broader marketing goalsWork closely with the partnerships team to support BP (Brand Partnerships) and CP (Corporate Partnerships) initiatives, ensuring CRM activities align with partnership objectivesSupport trade by developing and executing CRM initiatives where requiredWhat it takesA passion for all things retail (it's what we do)3-4 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communicationsWilling participant in a strong and supportive team environmentExperience with CRM platforms preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksBasic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentLegal right to work in AustraliaLife at THE ICONICFrom our ways of working to our growth mindset and sustainable approach, we each add unique value and have an incredible amount of fun doing it!
