Job Description Key responsibilities: Manage the uplift of their current CRM system, providing recommendations and overseeing strategy.Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient and provider data.Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve patient acquisition, retention, and engagement.Support the mapping of the customer journey.Work closely with the marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align CRM initiatives with organisational goals.Design and implement automated workflows and communication campaigns.Identify and segment specific audiences.Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to staff.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Health Cloud, HubSpot) and data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualisation tools.Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.What's on Offer What is on offer: Contribute to improving patient care and healthcare outcomes in a collaborative and supportive environment.Enjoy a competitive salary with perks.Work with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the healthcare industry.
